Human beings are created different than all other creatures of this world. This creature is superior to all other creatures. Unlike others, human beings are not only structured with body and soul but they are also bestowed with a brain. Human life is full of mental activities like, thinking, perceiving, interpreting, reflecting, and understanding and so on. To accomplish all those activities, humans need energy which they get from food.  i will explain you briefly about how do foods affect beauty?

Food is basic necessity for our survival. Healthy choice of food manages a healthy life style. It helps us to grow and perform our daily life chores. God has given us a body, now it is possibly in our hands how do we balance and maintain it. What steps we take in order to beautify ourselves. Our food can affect our complexion, hair, weight and even our mood. One of the very prominent dermatologists and creator of Dr. Jessica WU skin care, Dr. Jessica says, “What we put in our mouths is as important as the products we apply on our skins”. When we eat healthy food, it is digested and broken down into minerals, vitamins and useful amino acids. Those are exquisite requirements to build healthy, glowing and radiant skin.

Apart from this, choice of food also affects our beauty. The food we eat—from wrinkle-fighting antioxidants in vegetables and fruits to hydrating healthy fats in fish—may matter to your skin almost as much as it does to our waistline. Natural vegetables and healthy diet plan enhance our beauty whereas, over eating and over consumption of junk food can cause disease and skin problems also emerge. It is very important to eat safe and right because what we eat and how we eat makes a massive difference to our health and appearance.

Usually people around us, drink tea or coffee only in the morning for breakfast which is very bad habit. Drinking coffee on empty stomach causes ulcer and it causes very bad impacts on skin. Coffee works as diuretic which doesn’t make skin beautiful and attractive. Our skin cells are made of water, and anytime they shrivel up, we lose that glow and plumpness. It means fine lines, like the ones we all have around our eyes, look worse.

This is why we should wisely balance coffee with glass of water too. Otherwise such type of bad habits can lead us to ugliness.

“Ideal weight” is also an important consideration of healthy and beautiful body. Over eating of wrong type of food like junk food makes us put on weight. Ideal weight doesn’t mean that everyone should look like skinny model but obesity causes other health issue too along with imperfect appearance. Wrong food that doesn’t have sufficient vitamins and minerals have impact on our hair. It makes hair follicles unhealthy and hair becomes weaker and thinner.

Moreover, blotchy skin, dull complexion and breakouts can be result of our unhealthy diet. Skin looks far more glowing and radiant when we eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and consume proteins. Also foods high in antioxidants help us to fight the cell damage caused by free radicals that can bring wrinkles and lines in the skin. Oily foods make our skin greasy and get pimples and acnes so we should also avoid such foods.

For best diet, one must add vegetables of different colours: red (specifically tomatoes), yellow and green, (Tomatoes are good for helping reduce sun damage) or everyday meal and a green juice. Add avocados everyday as the part of your salad because it provides skin with healthy fats and phytonutrients. Other than this, liquid chlorophyll also works from inside out to keep the skin healthy. It tastes like mint helps skin to oxygenate.  Fruits and spices are however not only antioxidant sources, herbs and spices also have great punch. Turmeric (found in our Pakistani and Indian cousins) is one of the best options.

Lastly, we should make sure, we are not neglecting the rest of our proper diet. We also need to make sure we are getting enough carbohydrates and proteins.  Carbohydrates we get from rice mostly and proteins from meat and chicken. Carbs gives us fuel during our work, and protein helps to repair and build muscle. It’s all about a healthy balance. Drinking water is important too for sure; hydration will help flush out toxins.

Further, foods boasting Vitamin C are bell peppers, strawberries, citrus fruits, kale and broccoli. And those antioxidant-rich vitamins A and E are almond butter, Swiss chard, wheat germ, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, carrots and cantaloupe.

We should be aware of what we eat and what does our body need. Which food affects our beauty positively and which affects negatively. Because choice of food has a lot to do with our bodies. Healthy food leads to a healthy and beautiful body whereas, wrong food causes troubles and issues for our body. So let’s be smart while eating.
